A workflow within the standard scope is normally delivered in 5–7 business days after access, field mappings, sample data, and success criteria are confirmed. More complex requests receive a revised quote before work begins.

How many tools can be connected?+

The starting scope includes up to two existing applications. A third application or custom API work requires a revised quote.

Are software fees included?+

No. You remain responsible for any Zapier, Make, platform, API, or other third-party subscription and usage fees.

What do I receive at handoff?+

You receive the working automation, a workflow diagram, test checklist, and operating guide.

What if my workflow is larger than the standard scope?+

We review it before implementation and provide a written revised scope and price. Work does not expand without your approval.
